Our mission is to catalyze the church through an overflow of worship, pointing people to the greatness of God in our city, nation, and world.

Matthew Rasch is a missionary to France. He was first a missionary to the University of Houston from 1995-2003 with Every Nation Campus Ministries. From 2005 to the present, Matt, his wife Christy, and their 4 children have done ministry work among young people and families in Austria, Germany, Hungary, and now France. They partner together with Every Nation Churches and Ministries Europe in different roles, including church plant coaches, preaching coaches, missionary and leader care, and local pastors of the church they planted in Marseille, France.
Fikri was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. After living as an atheist in his home town, he had a powerful encounter with Christ at age 15. Right after his experience with God, he accepted the call to full-time ministry in 1989 and relocated to Bolivia that same year where he met Margot in Seminary. After graduating they got married and started pastoring together. Fikri and Margot have one daughter. Having served as church planters and pastors in Latin America for eighteen years, they moved to the United States in 2007 to serve as missionaries to internationals in this great nation. They are currently based in Nashville, Tennessee where they are reaching Latinos, Middle Easterners, and other internationals. In September 2019 they launched La Casa Church, a multi-ethnic, multi-lingual church in the heart of Nashville. La Casa exists to bridge the gap between different people groups and languages in the greater Nashville area, providing a unique worship experience in Spanish and English simultaneously. Even as a new church plant, La Casa already has congregants from 14 different nations.
Besides planting and pastoring La Casa, the Youssefs are involved in the Latin American regional leadership team, where they constantly help equip and empower Latino pastors and leaders to reach their nations for Christ. Fikri speaks on University campuses in North America and Latin America and has a constant open door for reaching and discipling students, especially those from Latin American and Middle Eastern descent.
Born into a pioneer family of the faith in Israel, Arie and his family know what it means to experience persecution for following Yeshua, Jesus, their Messiah. His family were among the first followers of Jesus in the land. Arie was born a year before Israel became a state in 1948. As a veteran of five wars, he understands the realities of war and conflict well. Today he is a sought- after tour guide and Bible scholar. Yad Hashmona, a Judeo-Christian moshav (community) near Jerusalem, is where he and his family now live and minister.
